If anyone has a grievance, complain, or suggestion related to a field, covered by “sub -committee” .
He/She can fill an application and send it to BTA office , with a caption of:-

" Chairman ",

  COMMITTEE Name

Office No. 7, Patliputra Sports complex, Kankarbagh, Patna 800020.

Subject:

Chairman after examining the application will got it verified from the applicant, and if found genuine, than delegate to any of the member of sub-Committee to inquire to same within a time frame and to report him .

After receipt of the report , will call upon the applicant, and will discuss with him , and then will submit an action (proposed).
